The Lego Movie

Esther has a touch of Delhi belly so we didn't achieve much today. All we did was go to the cinema (nearly missed the film again, arrived just in time). Saw The Lego Movie which was actually quite good (though as with most films nowadays I find it mostly too fast and frenetic for kids - I prefer slower cartoons like the ones from Studio Ghibli).

Lesson learnt today: in Vietnam beware of taxis that don't display their prices (should be around 90 cents a kilometre) next to the meter; glad we discovered this on a short ride instead of a long one.
